Outdoor Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Billboard Maintenance and Repairs:

• Fix facials of billboards for any client of the company at locations across the country.
• Ensure all billboards are visually appealing and in top condition by performing regular checks and maintenance.
• Report defects and damages to the Operations Manager, ensuring timely repairs and updates.

Outdoor Team Collaboration:

• Be an active and cooperative member of the company’s outdoor team, working together with colleagues to achieve project goals.
• Assist in team efforts related to outdoor advertising and related activities, contributing to the company’s goals.

Fabrication and Installation of Billboards:

• Assist in the fabrication of billboards, including the preparation of materials and ensuring the structures meet company standards.
• Install new billboards, ensuring proper alignment, structural integrity, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Help with the setup and positioning of billboards for clients across various locations.

Maintenance and Reporting:

• Oversee the reporting of defects and ensure that necessary maintenance is performed on the company's billboards.
• Track and report on the status of ongoing maintenance projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and routine maintenance activities.

Target Achievement and Self-Management:

• Meet and exceed the performance targets set by the Operations Manager.
• Take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently without direct supervision.
• Provide timely updates to the Operations Manager on project progress and challenges.

Customer Focus and Company Reputation:

• Build and maintain a high reputation for the company by delivering quality service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Assist with customer inquiries and ensure the company’s outdoor advertising services meet clients’ expectations.

Adherence to Safety and Quality Standards:

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship in all installations, repairs, and general tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in outdoor advertising or a related field is recommended, although not mandatory. Experience in maintenance, repairs, and installation of billboards or similar outdoor media is an asset.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time, outdoor-based role, requiring flexibility to travel to various locations within the country as needed.
• Work hours may vary depending on project schedules and deadlines.
• Physical stamina may be required for manual tasks related to installation and maintenance.
