Job Summary
The Operations/Outdoor Officer will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of outdoor advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service to clients. The role involves managing logistics, supervising field activities, and maintaining the company’s assets, such as mobile advertising vans (MAVs) and billboards, to guarantee operational efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of mobile advertising vans, billboards, and other outdoor assets.
- Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and removal of advertising materials.
- Liaise with clients to understand campaign requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Supervise field teams during campaign execution to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with outdoor advertising regulations.
Asset Management
- Maintain inventory of outdoor assets, including vehicles and equipment.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure routine and emergency maintenance of assets.
- Conduct regular inspections of billboards and other advertising installations to ensure quality.
Logistics and Coordination
- Plan and optimize routes for mobile advertising campaigns.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activities.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for campaign materials and logistics.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and provide real-time feedback to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operational activities, asset utilization, and campaign success.
- Analyze field operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Job Expectations
- Ensure smooth execution of all outdoor advertising campaigns.
- Minimize downtime and optimize the use of company assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and accountability in handling company resources.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in outdoor advertising or a similar operational role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other project management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of Ghana’s advertising and regulatory landscape.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
Location: Accra
Salary Range: GHS 4000/month
