Role Overview:
We’re hiring a detail-oriented, people-savvy Operations & Programs Manager to keep our two brands moving forward.
You’ll work directly with the founders of The Cheer Natives and The Continent Live to track progress, hold teams accountable, manage timelines in Asana, and ensure projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects across both companies using Asana
- Track deliverables for product launches, events, music releases, activations, and social media
- Maintain weekly reports and performance dashboards
- Run weekly check-ins and follow-ups with team leads
- Identify and solve bottlenecks across departments
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of operations or project management experience
- Comfortable with Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Strong communicator and team coordinator
- Experience in music, F&B, or creative environments is a plus
