Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Officer to join our agribusiness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing products, raw materials, and other inputs, as well as managing logistical arrangements for the transport of goods to and from our facilities. This role requires someone who is hands-on, well-organized, and has a strong knowledge of Accra to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Source products, raw materials, and other inputs required for operations.
- Coordinate all logistical arrangements for the transportation of inputs and products, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Assist in stock-taking activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Act as the company’s on-the-ground representative for logistical and operational arrangements.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, transport providers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of products during sourcing and delivery processes.
- Address and resolve any logistical challenges or delays promptly.
Qualifications:
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strong knowledge of Accra and its environs.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
