Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the drive-thru service, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and quality control.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance and exceptional customer service.
- Optimize order-taking and fulfillment processes to ensure fast and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with food industry regulations.
- Oversee the logistics of the delivery chain, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to customers.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients and materials.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, implementing solutions to improve service quality.
- Work closely with senior management to align operations with business goals and strategies.
Qualifications &Skills:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
- Experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems and operational software is a plus.
