Job Description/Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients' existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficient links.
- Provide targeted process optimization solutions to improve clients' operational efficiency.
- Assist clients in improving supply chain management, resource allocation, production management, etc.
- Work closely with client teams to ensure effective implementation and implementation of the plan.
- Track the effectiveness of optimization plans to ensure continuous improvement and cost control.
- Write and submit detailed reports and improvement suggestions to present the results to client executives.
