You are also expected to maintain good customer relationship, provide customer support and effectively promote products or services. This position requires an individual with good verbal and written communication skills and a knowledge in E-commerce.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good relationships with clients
- Direct consumer involvement to discover and understand client expectations and how to fulfill them.
- Provide great customer assistance, handle queries, and resolve issues to provide a good customer experience.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- A knowledge in graphic design and videography and possession of a valid driver's license will be an added advantage.
