As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for daily administration and office management to ensure smooth operation of the company. You will assist the management team in handling daily affairs and support the needs of various departments of the company.

Job Description/Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative affairs such as answering calls, managing schedules, sending and receiving documents and emails.
- Assist in organizing meetings and events, and ensure the preparation of meeting rooms, equipment and materials.
- Manage the company's filing system to ensure the filing and management of documents are standardized.
- Assist the finance department in handling expense reimbursement, invoice management and other matters.
- Coordinate the company's daily contacts with external suppliers and customers.
- Complete other daily affairs assigned by management.
