The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office functions, processing financial transactions, and ensuring smooth workflow in the office environment. Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Process receipts, sales invoices, and payments.
- Issue checks and make deposits.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare basic transactions and financial reports.
- Provide data and information for financial reporting.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure efficient office functionality.
- File documents and manage correspondence.
- Handle PAYE and VAT returns filing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle financial data and documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently.
- Customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and visitors.
