Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing services as outlined in the Ghana Health Service job description for nurses.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Delivering compassionate care to patients by:
- Monitoring their conditions.
- Administering necessary medications and treatments.
- Offering emotional support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Educating patients and their families about health, care procedures, and participating in various rehabilitation programs.
- Performing any additional legal duties assigned by the employer.
General Eligibility Requirements
- Must be in good standing with the relevant professional body in Ghana.
- Enthusiastic individuals between the ages of 21 and 39 years are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum qualification of a Degree, HND, or Diploma from an accredited tertiary institution.
- At least one (1) year of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer literacy.
- Strong command of English and Twi, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
