Job Description/Requirements
Job Expectations:
- Generation of technical design documents, functional specifications documents, use cases, test cases and others.
- Gathering requirements and definitions from stakeholders, documenting customer needs, and designing appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Solution customization, proof of concept, MVP.
- Troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Checking the stability and functionality of the application.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for clients on the specifications collected.
- If your profile also includes Development skills, you will also perform activities such as:
o Coding and implementing solutions within the Creatio platform.
o Integration of third-party software components and APIs.
o API design and development in conjunction with the company's Development team.
- Daily agile project progress meetings and weekly meetings with their work leaders.
Requirements:
Technical requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience working on implementing corporate and/or enterprise SaaS platform projects for companies in LATAM or the USA.
- Knowledge of different business models and processes from different industries.
- Professional or student with at least three years of undergraduate or bachelor's degree required.
- Understanding solution architecture.
- Experience with SQL and databases (MS SQL, Postgres).
- Native Spanish, fluent English.
