The Business Development Manager is key in the company's evolving strategy to build smart, innovative partnerships that will propel the business to new heights
Duties
• As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, new business, relationship building, marketing strategy, campaign development and management and business analysis.
• Lead partnership proposals, develop and execute deals with external partners
• You will also support the company's overall strategy and work cross functionally with other teams
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree with approximately 6 to 10 years of related industry experience, preferably brand or direct marketing experience at an advertising agency or client company, or product management at a client company
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
• Proven experience in managing teams working cross-functionally within an organization
• Proactive and detail-oriented thinker with the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical, financial and research skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, creative environment
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities under time constraints
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly excel and PowerPoint
