Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, morally exemplary nanny to look after our children. The nanny will create a safe, healthy, fun environment for our children. You will transport our children to and from play dates and extramural activities, collect them from school and run errands.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
- Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Feed, wash and dress children
- Cooking basic meals for children e.g. porridges (tom brown, oats), potatoes, eggs etc
- Children's laundry including ironing of clothes and bed sheets
- Mopping and cleaning children's room
- Dress children's bed
- Dress children for school
- Take children to school and other activities
- Plan and supervise the children's daily activities
- Take children outdoors for walks and to play with their friends in the compound
- Sing rhymes and songs to children
- Do learning activities with children and play with toys with them
- Behavior guidance
- Care for sick children in the home
- Pray, learn and tell Bible stories with children
- Clean up, wash dishes and tidy up the kitchen when children have gone to sleep
- Working hours 5.00AM to 08.00PM
- Must be able to work all weekends.
- Off day once a week and must be a day during the week.:
Other Requirements:
- Completed SHS and Diploma in Nursing/Teaching advantageous
- 3+ years experience working with young children 3 years old to 5 years old as a nanny / Sunday school teacher / daycare or nursery school etc
- Salary : 2,500+ depending on qualifications and experience. Accommodation and food provided.
