Mobiwave Field Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to engage merchants and promote the Mobiwave platform.
• Educate merchants on the benefits, security, and functionality of Mobiwave’s payment system.
• Onboard new merchants by capturing customer details, verifying Ghana Cards, and taking live pictures for authentication.
• Use a Mobiwave-provided mobile device to facilitate merchant registrations.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with verification procedures through NIA, MTN, and Mobiwave.
• Provide merchants with training on how to use the service effectively.
• Address and escalate any merchant inquiries or complaints to supervisors for resolution.
• Represent the brand professionally by wearing Mobiwave-branded shirts and identity tags.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum SHS, diploma or higher.
• At least 1 year experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications.
• Must be proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused.
