Job Summary
The position of Mobile Banker at SARI Workers Cooperative Credit Union Ltd is a dynamic and results- driven role responsible for driving outreach, revenue growth and establishing strong customer relationships. As a Mobile Banker, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and achieve sales targets by effectively selling our products or services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
General Tasks
- Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with The Management to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Continually update and maintain accurate records of deposit mobilization activities, customer interactions, and opportunity pipelines using appropriate software.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and identify new opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Specific Tasks
- Deposit collection; Mobilize funds from the field, and Surrender daily deposits collected from the field.
- Account management; Complete account KYC, Open accounts and other products and manage customer accounts.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our products or services,
- Customer service; Interact with clients in a courteous and disciplined manner, Assist clients with their financial needs and Report problems and developments to a supervisor.
- Capture data into operational software
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HND, DBS and WASSCE in, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mobile Banker or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with customers.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills to showcase product features and benefits.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with tools or techniques for customer relationship management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions
- This is a full-time position with standard working hours, Monday to Friday. The Mobile Banker will mainly travel to customer sites or homes for deposits, in the office environment or attend events to market product and services.
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet sales targets or address customer needs.
