Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Midwife located in Accra. The Midwife will be responsible for providing care and support during maternity, midwifery, childbirth, and lactation. Daily tasks include monitoring the health of pregnant individuals, providing prenatal and postnatal care, facilitating safe deliveries, and offering breastfeeding support and education.
Qualifications
- Maternity, Midwifery, and Childbirth skills
- Knowledge of Medicine and Lactation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Valid midwifery license and relevant certifications
- Experience in managing emergency situations during childbirth is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Midwifery or related field
