Are you passionate about making an impact in monitoring and evaluation while driving programmatic success? Join our team as an M&E/Programmes Officer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of our coalition’s initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop frameworks, conduct field visits, and analyze data to measure program impact and ensure quality standards.
Program Management: Lead program initiatives, liaise with stakeholders, manage budgets, and facilitate capacity-building activities.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, document best practices, and integrate findings into decision-making processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3+ years of experience in M&E, program management, or a related role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata).
Strong communication skills and knowledge of malaria prevention strategies in Ghana (an advantage).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
