Mechanical Engineer/ Team Lead- Excavator, Bulldozer, Loaders, Concrete Machinery And Road Machinery

Responsibilities:

• Experience in the servicing and maintenance of excavators, bulldozers, loaders, concrete machinery and road machinery.
• Managerial experience in managing people and completing tasks on time.
• Communicate clearly with team and clients to understand specific job requirements and equipment needed.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance

Requirements and Qualifications:

• HND/DEGREE in Automobile Engineering.
• Have leadership and managerial abilities.
• 10 years of working experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy-duty automobiles like excavators, bulldozers, loaders, concrete machinery and road machinery, preferably in an automobile industry.
• Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision.
• Must be passionate about vehicles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing servicing on vehicles and machines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating with coworkers to achieve common goals.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in the workshop, adhering to safety protocols, sanitation standards, and housekeeping practices.

 Required Skills:

• Safety procedures, attention to detail, leadership and management, excellent communication delivery, teamwork, working under pressure, problem-solving abilities, adaptability
