Job Description:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Collect and analyze market data to understand market trends, competitors, and consumer needs.
• Develop and implement market research plans to obtain market information about products and services.

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

• Assist in developing and implementing the company's marketing strategies and activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Manage marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, social media marketing, etc.

Social Media Management:

• Manage the company's social media accounts, create and publish content, and increase user interaction.
• Monitor brand performance and user feedback on social media.

Advertising and Promotional Activities:

• Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities, including online and offline activities.
• Track and analyze advertising results and make optimization suggestions.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with external partners (such as advertising agencies and media).

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and submit marketing campaign performance reports regularly and analyze the ROI (return on investment) of the campaigns.
