Marketing & Sales Officer

Job Description

• Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and other members to plan promotional marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for the growth of our sales and mange whole marketing activities.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to attract and retain clients.
• Create and deploy successful marketing campaigns and their own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content engaging content.
• Coordinate promotional events and partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and client’s feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creativity devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics, Web Trends)
• Reviewing progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords’ campaigns
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits or interests.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and progressing figures with spreadsheets.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience of 2 years as a Marketing Officer role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assisting with design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media or social media etc.
