Marketing Personnel

Responsibilities and Requirements: 

• Develop and executive effective marketing plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive activities.
• Brand promotion, create and manage advertising campaigns online and offline to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging content for social media, website and other platforms.
• Customer Engagement, build and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Content creation and Management, develop creative content for blogs, emails campaigns, social media and newsletters.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts to drive traffic and engagements.
• Sales Support, work closely with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into clients.
• Organize promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers.
• Data Analysis, analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and progress toward goals.
• Partnership, identify ad collaborate with external partners, influencers, and agencies for joint campaigns.
• SSCCE/ Diploma/ HND / Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong ethical behavior.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or a related field
• Proven experienced and executing marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media SEO and email marketing is a plus.
• Creativity, initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
