Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Brand Promotion and Awareness:
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in the TINT INDUSTRY.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote the brand, products, and services.
- Manage promotional activities, including product launches, advertising, and online marketing, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
- Develop customer loyalty programs and engagement initiatives to retain and increase customer satisfaction.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Provide insights on market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- Manage the company's social media presence, creating content that engages and attracts target audiences.
- Collaborate on SEO, paid ads, and email marketing campaigns to increase online reach and lead generation.
Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to create promotional materials, presentations, and brochures that support customer acquisition efforts.
- Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to enhance marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing detailed performance reports for management.
- Use analytics and KPIs to evaluate campaign success and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within Logistics field\Estate Development.
- Should be between the ages 22-28 years
- Female preferable
- Proven experience with brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, ).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for brand development and customer engagement.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
