Job Summary

The marketing manager will be responsible for the company's market promotion and brand building to enhance the market awareness and competitiveness of the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should have innovative marketing thinking and rich promotion experience, pay attention to market trends, and be able to develop effective marketing strategies for the company. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's marketing promotion strategy to achieve or exceed the market promotion goals of the company's products and services.
  • Identify and find potential customers through various channels, including market research, online marketing, event promotion, etc.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers to promote customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct marketing promotion demonstrations and introductions of products and services to show the company's advantages and characteristics.
  • Develop personalized marketing promotion plans according to customer needs and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with the sales department to promote sales performance.
  • Stay informed about the latest market trends, competitors, and customer needs to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Organize and participate in marketing promotion activities, training courses, and seminars to improve marketing promotion skills and knowledge.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, advertising and media, etc. isĀ preferred.
  • Should have at least 2 years working experience in the Automobile Industry.
  • At least five years of marketing promotion experience, with team management experience preferred.
  • Excellent market analysis, planning, and execution abilities.
  • Be passionate about market promotion and have a good understanding of different promotion channels and methods.
  • Have a strong sense of innovation and customer service.
  • Have a goal-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving or exceeding marketing promotion goals.
  • Be able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using office software for market data analysis and report writing.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in the electric vehicle industry or public transportation field are preferred.
  • Candidates who understand Chinese are preferred.
