Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
- Create promotional content such as brochures, ads, and social media posts.
- Analyze the performance of marketing efforts and optimize campaigns as needed
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication materials.
- Strengthen brand identity through strategic initiatives
Customer Engagement:
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms and online content.
- Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital tools to enhance online presence.
- Track website analytics and suggest improvements.
Event Coordination
- Plan and manage events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Ensure cost-effective spending without compromising quality
Reporting:
- Provide detailed reports on marketing campaign performance.
- Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role (e.g., 2+ years).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
