Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan campaigns.


Campaign Management:

  • Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
  • Create promotional content such as brochures, ads, and social media posts.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing efforts and optimize campaigns as needed


Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistency in branding across all communication materials.
  • Strengthen brand identity through strategic initiatives


Customer Engagement:

  • Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing efforts.


Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media platforms and online content.
  • Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital tools to enhance online presence.
  • Track website analytics and suggest improvements.


Event Coordination

  • Plan and manage events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.


Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
  • Ensure cost-effective spending without compromising quality


Reporting:

  • Provide detailed reports on marketing campaign performance.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role (e.g., 2+ years).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
