Job Summary
Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues. Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory and arrange meetings with potential customers to enhance sales volumes/ revenues.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Accountabilities:
- Proactively identify new markets and customer segments.
- Convert and close-out campaign leads.
- Negotiate and close sales as assigned (Cash & Count).
- Arrange meetings with potential customers.
- Retention customers for repeat business.
- Meet and/or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Persuasively overcome objections with an objective of getting customer to buy.
- Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
- Capture customer contact information accurately.
- Ensure that documentation completed is compliant with Company policies.
- Contribute to implementation of the marketing plan.
- Always portray a professional image at all times, this includes both attitude and appearance.
- Be abreast with current trends in the market and provide feedback on competitor information.
- Ensure that any reports and marketing documents are correct and up-to-date.
- Display a positive attitude and show initiative at all times.
- Ensure that there is no cause for complaint from internal and external customers
Formal Education and Certification
- 1st Degree OR HND or its equivalents plus relevant hands on experience
Knowledge and Experience
- People management in the corporate industry.
- Sales & Marketing
