Job Description/Requirements
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that leverage both traditional and digital media to promote our range of electric vehicles.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to guide marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms, including print, social media, and online advertising.
- Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that highlights the unique features of our electric vehicles.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, product presentations, and closing deals.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
- Event Planning: Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase our vehicles.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: A first-degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or customer relations, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
- Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing both traditional (e.g., print, TV, radio) and digital (e.g., social media, online advertising) marketing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver compelling presentations.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and campaign performance to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to develop and execute unique marketing strategies.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross- functional teams
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
