Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that attract decision-makers in companies.
- Generate and convert leads for training programs through social media, email, networking, and cold/warm outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate HR teams and business owners.
- Promote masterclasses and other academic programs to drive registration and participation.
- Track and report on weekly sales progress, lead funnel status, and client feedback.
- Represent the brand at client meetings, exhibitions, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or business development (experience in training or education is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
