Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, including creating content and responding to messages.
• Analyze questionnaires and provide insights for decision-making.
• Contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Compile and distribute financial and marketing information.
• Write engaging marketing and website content.
• Organize presentations, events, and promotional activities
• Liaise with customers and external agencies to support marketing efforts.
• Help organize and conduct market research.
• Stay updated on industry trends by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
• Explore opportunities to add value to the role and enhance job performance.

Qualifications:

• Must have an HND in Marketing or any related course.
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with social media platforms.
• Candidates living near Adjen Kotoku are highly preferred.
