Job Summary

We are a new and vibrant art supply store with a passion for creativity and community. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing and Sales person to assist sales and expand our customer base. If you love art and have a flair for sales and marketing, we want you to be part of our journey!

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote the store and its products both online and in-store.
  • Manage our social media accounts, including creating content, engaging with followers, and running targeted ad campaigns.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote sales, events, and new product arrivals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect art supplies for their projects, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Analyze sales data to monitor trends, identify opportunities, and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, workshops, and community events to drive customer engagement. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.
  • Work closely with team members to develop new ideas and initiatives for growth.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification - SHS Certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role (preferably in retail or art supplies). Strong creativity and passion for art.
  • Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of art supplies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, e-commerce platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and attend occasional after-hours events.
  • Must reside in East Legon or nearby areas for convenience and accessibility.

Salary Range - GHC 1500.00 plus commission
