Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and executing sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets. You will work closely with the management team to implement marketing campaigns, track sales performance, and develop business opportunities that align with the organization’s goals and values.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new customers, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and generating leads to maximize revenue.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Monitor performance and adjust tactics as needed to ensure success.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team on progress toward goals and any challenges faced
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Be goal oriented, proactive, and highly focused on results.
Requirements:
- Location: Must be based in Tamale.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a retail or clothing- related field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities. o Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working under pressure. o Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance. o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Qualification: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Other: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
