Marketing and Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door field sales to introduce and sell our products to potential clients.
• Engage builders, contractors, and fabricators to establish long-term business relationships.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and product demonstration to quotation, negotiation, order tracking, and after-sales support. 
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and report performance to the Sales Manager.
• Keep records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends. Qualification
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Must be able to drive and possess a valid Driving License (Class B).
• Confident, proactive, and persuasive with excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong knowledge of glass, aluminum, and window/door systems is an added advantage.
• Tech-savvy and able to use digital tools for communication, reporting, and lead tracking.
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Competitive Base Salary (GHS 4,000 – 5,000) depending on experience.
