Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.

• Plan and execute promotional events, discounts, and product launches.

Online Sales:

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, social media shops, and company websites to maximize sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
• Use CRM tools to track and analyze customer data, identify upselling opportunities, and foster customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, online sales, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM strategies.
