Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Identify potential business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.
• Promote products and services through various channels, including digital marketing, direct sales, and networking.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Utilize social media platforms and digital tools to engage with potential customers and drive sales.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Candidate must have the ability to drive and must have a valid driver’s license.
