Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote lubricants and fuel products to existing and potential clients.
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve results
- Expand the company’s market share by identifying new business opportunities and securing contracts.
- Prepare detailed marketing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in lubricants and fuel.
- Strong knowledge of lubricant and fuel products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and data analysis platforms.
