Vacancy Description
- Ensure the application of the market execution standards at the point of sale in order to reach the sales volume and market share objectives assigned to the geographic area.
- Ensure that the territory Secondary Sales volume, value, market share and distribution objectives are achieved and penetration (physical availability) is maximized.
- Implement the actions of the 12Q plans/ Integrated Commercial plan for his assigned territory
- Importer/Distributors’ Sales force management.
- Assist the Country Manager in the identification, development and execution of the annual training program of the distributors sales force.
- Use trade relations to build a reputable and respectable image for the company and brands.
- Gain customer participation in Trade and Consumer promotions, placement of merchandising materials, optimization of product positioning and impactful “face on” display in line with the company’s space planograms in order to maximize brand awareness and visibility.
- Ensure distribution capability efficiencies, excellence of in-outlet execution.
- Monitor the market developments, new opportunities and competitors activities and propose new initiatives for business growth.
- Report any issue of Importer/Distributors and key Partners that may affect their capability to flawlessly collaborate with RFC.
- Send inputs and market analysis to Country Manager/Market Development Manager to allow the periodic reporting routines (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly) related to the Key Performance Indicators of his assigned geographic area.
