Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather and analyze data from marketing campaigns, website traffic, customer behavior, and sales performance.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media analytics to track key performance metrics.
Market Research:
- Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and assess potential risks.
Campaign Performance:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Track ROI for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Reporting and Insights:
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the marketing team.
Strategy Support:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine strategies based on data insights.
- Assist in segmentation, targeting, and positioning to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Technology and Tools:
- Leverage advanced analytics tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, to process and visualize data.
- Stay updated on new tools and techniques to improve data analysis and reporting processes.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide recommendations for content creation, pricing strategies, and promotional activities based on data insights.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role.
- Proven track record of using data to improve marketing strategies and outcomes.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
