Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations & Management
  • Oversee daily retail operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks to minimize stock outs and losses.
  • Maintain an appealing store layout and ensure all items are properly displayed.
  • Monitor and evaluate store performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and profitability.


Sales & Customer Experience:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Create staff schedules and assign responsibilities to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance metrics, and updates.


Financial & Administrative Duties:

  • Manage the store budget and control expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Marketing & Promotions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and campaigns.
  • Provide input on customer preferences and trends to influence product selection and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure promotional materials are properly displayed and executed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or ladies’ items.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and retail software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an eye for detail and trends.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of fashion retail and current trends.
  • Experience managing multiple store locations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and customer engagement strategies.
