Anaconda is seeking a talented Manager, Learning & Development to join our rapidly-growing company. Job Description/Requirements

What you will do: 
  • Implement and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with our organizational and talent needs

  • Identify current and future capability gaps across the organization, proposing and designing learning initiatives to address

  • Refine new hire onboarding to facilitate stronger introduction to the company and faster ramp periods.

  • Ideate and roll out leadership development programs, such as, but not limited to: People Leader Development, Emerging Leaders, etc. 

  • Ensure company wide understanding and buy-in of our company mission, vision, and product through company wide training. 

  • Partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of business needs and create training programs in alignment with organizational needs

  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other educational sessions

  • Manage training sessions for employees, both individually and in groups, using lecture, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or other formats

  • Develop and implement learning plans and strategies to address these gaps

  • Support the development and implementation of career development programs

  • Coach and mentor employees to enhance their skills and career growth.

  • Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness

  • Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes

  • Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and policies.

  • Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and best practices



About you: 

  • Must have 5 years of experience in Learning and Development within a hypergrowth technology startup

  • Prior experience within a technical technology space, such as AI, data, security required.

  • Experience in designing and implementing employee development programs

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS such as SkillJar)

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and employees.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
