Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Male Shop Attendant to support daily operations at our outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure customers receive the best service experience and assist in the day-to-day running of the shop, including customer interaction, stock handling, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide relevant information.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the shop at all times.
- Restock shelves and manage product display.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages or customer preferences.
- Operate the POS system to handle sales and issue receipts.
- Follow opening and closing procedures according to shift schedules.
- Assist in basic packaging and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Support any other shop-related activities as assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of Senior High School Certificate (SHS).
- Must be male and preferably residing in or around North Legon and nearby areas.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work morning and evening shifts on a rotating basis.
- Experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
