Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Personal Assistant (PA) to support executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a male professional who is intelligent, resourceful, and eager to grow personally and professionally. This role requires exceptional flexibility, the ability to drive, and a natural inclination toward leadership and initiative.

Job Description/Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the executive leader.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules to ensure effective time management.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including visa applications and itineraries.
  • Run errands, manage logistics, and provide on-the-ground support as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide timely updates on ongoing projects.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executive and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Assist with planning and organizing events or meetings as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Valid Passport: Must be willing and able to travel internationally on short notice.
  • Driving License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive confidently.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Intelligence and Initiative: Strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, and ability to work independently.
  • Leadership Qualities: Natural leader who can make decisions and take charge when necessary.
  • Mentorship-Ready: Eager to learn, grow, and be mentored by an experienced leader.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional late nights or weekends.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
