Job Description/Requirements
A proficient IT professional :
- Providing technical support to users for both hardware and software
- Trouble shooting hardware issues and software issues with support from software vendor
- Expedite the repair of hardware and software configuration problems
- Monitor system performance ensuring issues are appropriately resolved
- Monitor inventory of outlets and lead planned stock taking and reconciliation activities
- Generate performance reports for stocks
- Update and transfer inventory to appropriate locations
- Review and evaluate data appropriately
- Must be cyber security conscious
- Possess excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Must be customer focus
- Team player ready to support team in achieving excellent customer service
- Role requires travel outside of Accra.
