A Graduate degree( 2 nd Class Upper division) in Chemistry or Engineering preferably Mechanical, Chemical or Petrochemical with not less than three years Industrial experience in Lubes/ Tribology.
Performance monitoring and measurement capability with continuous KPI implementation and reporting
Strong taste for teamwork with a spirit of synthesis and prioritization of actions, allocation of key resources and interest in innovative solutions
Customer oriented with excellent communication skills
Activités
The responsibilities of the job holder include:
Development of lubricant sales on the assigned segments through :
Setting of commercial priorities and related action plans in line with Bus and PLTs
Lubricants Reference for business
Use any digital tool made available ; Salsa , E-learning , E-lube etc
Schedule visits to Clients provide lubrication solutions.
Prospect and sign on new lubricant clients and manage the accounts.
Collaborate and provide technical support to the team in their lubricant prospection activities.
Follow-up on Competitors' Strategies to feed LSM/LM in adapting appropriate strategy .
Active participation in the achievement of margin and operating income objectives:
Responsibility for driving l ubricant sales and realization of margin target on the front.
Provide lubricant technical supports for customers; technical visits, product recommendation, lube survey, oil analysis, product upgrade, identifying and implementing Continuous
Prepare offers/ proposal for new prospects with marg i n analysis .
Improve after sales service through:
Facilitation of regular Lube trainings fo r clients. ....
Prospect and sign on ANAC customers
Customer engagement in seminars and other segment specific marketing and communication activities.
Provide support to the team in the organ i zat i on of Lubricant Seminar for clients
