Job Summary
Envoy Microcredit Enterprise is seeking dedicated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Loan Officers. The successful candidates will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring efficient loan processing to meet our clients needs.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate loan applications.
- Educate clients on loan products, terms, and repayment plans.
- Conduct background checks and analyze financial statements.
- Ensure timely loan repayment and follow up on overdue payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and client interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Age: 18 to 32 years.
- Education: Diploma or WASSCE.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset
