Asedapa Micro Credit Enterprise is a fast-growing Micro Credit Company, managed by seasoned bankers and experienced financial experts based in Pantang in Accra. It is Bank of Ghana licensed and a member of good standing with the association of Micro Credit Association Ghana.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a loan officer at Asedapa Micro Credit Enterprise in Accra. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of loan applications for individuals and businesses. You will also be able to give some guidance to customers on financial matters and help them understand and select the right loan products. You will ensure full recovery of loans disbursed. This is a performance-based business and appraisals will be done accordingly.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of financial and banking regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred
