Job Summary

The Leasing and Operations Manager is responsible for implementing the right processes and practices across the organization. The Leasing and Operations Manager will be responsible for day to day business logistics within the company to ensure the company runs smoothly. This includes monitoring projects, inspecting equipment, coordinating accounting needs of the firm and ensuring all deadlines are met. The Leasing and Operations Manager will help landlords find qualified tenants to rent or lease their properties to and are the main contacts for prospective tenants promoting various aspects of the rental locations and giving tours when requested.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements\ Responsibilities:

  • First degree or Diploma Certificate from an accredited University
  • Must have four (4) years expertise in the real estate and construction sector
  • Ability to multitask
  • Great networking abilities
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity
  • Good understanding of construction, surveying, negotiation and estimates
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in MS Office
  • Sales or marketing skills
  • Provide tours of vacant or soon to be vacant properties to prospective tenants
  • Process applications to ensure applicants qualify and following up with their references
  • Negotiate leasing terms or deals
  • Assist with general office duties
  • Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
  • Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
  • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
  • Develop corporate operational procedures and documentation
  • Lead in the recruitment of additional staff for site contracts
  • Develops plans for acquisition and effective management of the company’s lands and properties
  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness
  • Manage budgets and forecast
  • Ensure staff follows the health and safety regulations put in place.
