Job Summary
We are looking for a highly-organized and level-headed laboratory manager to ensure that all lab operations run smoothly by scheduling staff, ordering supplies, maintaining health and safety protocols, and training lab assistants.

- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 7 years
Job Description/Requirements
- Supervise and guide laboratory staff, ensuring optimal performance and development through training and mentorship.
- Oversee laboratory personnel in performing precise and accurate tests in line with client requirements.
- Manage all agri laboratory analyses according to client specifications, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Client relationship management, business development and handling client feedback.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in applied chemistry or equivalent subject area
- Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in a laboratory environment, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of agricultural product testing processes and standards is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and laboratory safety standards.
