The Keyboardist at Agape House New Testament Church will play a vital role in leading worship through music. This position requires skillful keyboard playing and a collaborative spirit, working closely with the Music Director and the worship team to create a dynamic worship environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Rehearsals & Performances:
- Attend all required staff and music department meetings.
- Actively participate in rehearsals and services under the direction of the Music Director.
- Play keyboard during worship services, special events, and other church-related activities.
Team & Community Engagement:
- Assist in recruiting and training new volunteers for the music ministry.
- Engage in group communications, attend team training days, and participate in fellowship events.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through integrity and good conduct.
Creative Contributions:
- Collaborate on writing and recording projects for the Worship Arts Ministry.
- Innovate and implement new musical ideas under leaderships guidance.
Qualifications:
Personal Characteristics:
- Strong personal relationship with Jesus, passionate about ministry.
- Life of prayer, spiritual maturity, and a deep connection with God.
- Humble, open to learning, and responsive to feedback.
Professional Skills:
- Proficient in keyboard playing, with versatility in different musical styles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, able to adapt to changing schedules and ministry needs.
- Willing to work on some holidays and attend special rehearsals/events.

Working Hours:
Regular Schedule:
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: 12 pm – 6:30 pm
- Thursday: 12 pm – 8:30 pm
- Friday: OFF (may be scheduled for evening services or special programs)
- Saturday: 4 pm – 8 pm
- Sunday: 6:30 am – 1:30 pm
- Total Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
