Job Purpose
To offer routine office support to Ghana Station by displaying an energetic attitude to designated tasks.
Job Outline
Provides a prompt and efficient mail distribution service.
Assist by responding to general telephone queries and filtering calls by transferring to appropriate areas.
Collects/delivers urgent mail/packages and assisting with photocopying and filing.
Managing office supplies: ensure all collateral and stationery are well-stocked and readily available at all touch points (Ticket desk, Check-in & Boarding counters)
Assisting in all administrative tasks on daily basis.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
10 Years schooling or equivalent
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Experience
A minimum of 1 year Admin Experience.
