Junior Hospitality Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assessing the operational needs of clients in the hospitality industry.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies.
• Provide recommendations to improve guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Support senior consultants in developing strategies for improving service quality, cost efficiency, and profitability.
• Assist in creating training programs for hospitality staff to enhance customer service skills.
• Help clients implement industry best practices and standards in their operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented strategies and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain organize records and files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of information when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with a travel and tours or AirBnB Software.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google drive and Canva would be a bonus.
