Are you a tech-savvy leader ready to drive innovation and operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Retail IT Manager to oversee and enhance technology operations across our retail betting outlets.
About the Role
As the Retail IT Manager, you will manage all aspects of retail IT systems, including POS systems, network infrastructure, and IT security. You’ll lead a team of IT support staff, collaborate with vendors, and ensure compliance with gaming industry standards, driving efficiency and technological advancement across outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and performance of retail IT systems (e.g., POS systems, self-service terminals).
• Manage network infrastructure and ensure secure connectivity with the central betting platform.
• Implement cybersecurity protocols and resolve IT incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and negotiate service-level agreements for hardware and software support.
• Lead and train retail IT support teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements, system upgrades, and innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data security and gaming industry regulations.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and operations.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an IT related field.
• In-depth understanding of retail IT infrastructure, sports betting platforms, and network management tools.
• Familiarity with industry regulations like PCI-DSS and GDPR.
Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

Experience:
